Product description
This automatic labeling machine is designed for round bottles of mineral water, cosmetics, food and chemicals and is equipped with circumferential position ***ection device, which can realize positioning specified in the circular surface labeling. It can be combined with automatic turntable unscramble bottle machine, connected directly to the front line, and also automatic inkjet printing machine or ribbon coding machine to print date of production, date of expiration, batch number and other information on bottles or labels. It is controlled by PLC and can preset 50 groups of labeling parameters with powerful memory function. The label output is controlled bymutual inductance stepping motor to ensure synchronization between label output speed and bottle rolling speed. Imported frequency converter is used to guarantee the stableness and reliableness of the whole machine.
